Knott's News: This was taken by a man on Facebook (contact me if it's ok to share your name) who is presumably working on the mystery 2015 project. To lend credibility, he also posted picks of himself working on Calico Mine Ride during it's refurbishment. Very, very cool. Hope he doesn't get in trouble for this, it's an awesome way to build hype.
That said, this confirms that Knott's won't be reusing any of the existing ride elements and will be starting entirely from scratch. As long as they don't waste all this space by filling it with a bunch of projector screens, I'll be happy.
This room in the photo is the Gypsy Camp/Ice Age room. You can tell because of the little ramp.
