Knott's Berry Farm 2018 announcement coming August 16th

Knott's Berry Farm will be announcing their plans for 2018 on August 16th. Some notes:
  • This just happens to be on National Rollercoaster Day
  • Kings Dominion and CGA are also announcing their plans on the 16th
  • Those two parks have also been rumored to get new coasters in 2018

 Make of that what you will. I myself will be disappointed if its just another coaster, which would seem like a step back for the park. Stay tuned for more information as it comes.

    It will be cheap, small, and unthemed. They could have used some of the space they used for the new restaurant and it might have been decent. Speaking of which the new BBQ place doesn't look like it fits at all. Should have just remodeled the restaurant that was already there. Yes, Six Flags blows away Knott's at this point.
